Pros
The owner is a good person to work for, she is a very nice person to work for and does not babysit you which is nice. She trusts you to do your job on your own because you are an adult.
Cons
Very slow, low hourly pay because of the commissions. Once you get the commissions it is ok, but since it's slow the pay is horrible.
