      None. I was taught: If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

      Cons

      If not part of the clique or hired by a friend at the company, you are working solo and if you need assistance, you are on your own. Poor management. When they don't need you anymore, they throw you out like garbage. Just don't apply.
