      Pros

      Do not get fooled by Trivinia. She is charming. She acts like she is your best friend, but that is all it is. Just an act.

      Cons

      Everything else. Trivinia is driven by emotion and that is how she also runs her business. She is micromanaging, condescending, and passive aggressive all in one. She is rude to her own team, to assistants applying for jobs, and even her customers. Just look at the turnover at her company.

      Pros

      I have loved working for Priority VA. It is very rare that you can find a company that cares as intensely as they do about their employees, clients, and the amazing people who serve their clients. It's not easy to make it through the Priority VA gauntlet, but there is a reason for that. The TA team meticulously reviews each application and there are processes in place to make sure that we are placing the RIGHT candidates in the RIGHT seats. The core team is carefully chosen as well - rarely will you find a leader with equal parts humility and the ability to tell it like it is. It's contagious. It is a company that owns their roles, but never shies away from being collaborative. I feel very very lucky to work here. You will as well.

      Cons

      This can be a con for some people - but a high level of transparency is required to work here. I absolutely love this about this company, but I think it can be a turnoff for some.
