      Pros

      Learned what red flags to avoid in future employers. Strengthened patience and tolerance levels.

      Cons

      1. Completely incompetent and disconnected leadership. 2. No structure, no strategy, constant chaos. 3. Zero accountability for management mistakes. 4. Unrealistic expectations with no support or resources. 5. Toxic work culture driven by favoritism and politics. 6. Work-life balance does not exist. 7. Employee concerns ignored or dismissed. 8. High stress, low appreciation, and no real growth. 9. Promises made during hiring were not honored.

      Good privacy engineering company

      Pros

      As we move in this digital era, privacy becomes cornerstone in the digital world where we don’t even know where our data is flowing. To mitigate these challenges the organisation is helping secure privacy and to have a responsible AI. Learning curve is good here, as I am getting exposure to multiple areas of tech.

      Cons

      Workload is more since the organisation is expanding. There is 5 days work from office. Giving a hybrid set up will help employees.

      Visionary Leadership: The CEO is genuinely ahead of the curve in data privacy and responsible AI, watching him pitch to global CXOs and government officials has been incredibly inspiring Unmatched Growth Opportunities: Joined early in my career and the exposure has been phenomenal ,Privasapien even offers Domain Flexibility, for instance when I wanted to switch from to GTM , the leadership fully supported the transition and provided mentorship throughout Global Impact: Got to represent Privasapien and India in France as a part of global acceleration program. Got incredible opportunity to the chance to lead the GTM initiatives in France and Europe and even speak with government ministers about AI policy, the kind of exposure you simply can't get at traditional tech companies. They have a strong culture of trust, ownership, and pushing boundaries.

      Fast-Paced Environment: The rapid growth and client demands can be intense - not for everyone who prefers slower, structured environments
