The company does not respect any of its employees. They try and make mockery of employees by terminating if they are not good with the heads of department. All fake things happens on their LinkedIn. Expect you to work 24*7
Cons
No career growth unless and until you say yes to everything your boss says. They give priority to only those whom they need, not on your performance. I have seen 40+ people come and leave in my 2 years tenure.
