Pros
Co-workers and supervisors and management are nice. Regular day shift and reasonable working environment and compensation. No over time work. Performance evaluation will be carried out every year and people can ask for a raise(little bit) at that time. Group benefit is included (but no dental benefit).
Cons
This is a small company. Staff have to familiarise with all different aspects of the company, including but not limited to shipping, warehouse, production, scheduling, etc. Staff were able to learn a lot more other than their position. But the room for career advancement is limited due to the limited vacancy in the hierarchy.

They have good products. Some people are professional, especially upper management.
Cons
Bring back the free pizza day.
