      hours sometime but constantly change without any consideration to peoples lives

      The management is a disaster ... the bounce from one hourly problem to another , There is zero organization and everyone in management is there not because of skill sets but favoritism

      I'm only speaking of metal fabrication unit on nights. In my experience, this was the best job I've ever had. N/A
