Absolutely none. You’re better off working at McDonald’s

Cons

Literally everything. If you value your sanity, look elsewhere. Management is so unprofessional you won’t believe it.

Pros

Positive atmosphere: I experienced a warm welcome in this role, and my supervisor did an exceptional job of explaining why this company values people, both internally and externally. The environment was pleasant, the treatment was excellent, and I felt valued for my contribution to helping people breathe. Efficient organization: The contract procedures, company introduction, and all the processes I went through were meticulously planned and executed.

Cons

Flexibility: offering greater flexibility can aid the business in adjusting to new time-related challenges. However, considering the standard schedule and the nature of the healthcare industry, which often involves in-person roles, providing flexibility may be more challenging.
