As an employee and with current management you will never have a feeling of a job well done. There is no comradery between employee and management but, employee to employee there is because we were all in the trenches together. There is zero consistency; management says one thing, employee’s implement, members call to complain, ask to speak with management, and management gives in.

Lack of vision and proper execution from the highest levels down. Job functions change frequently and changes are not well thought out. I have heard many horror stories from the longer term staff. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. There is no loyalty or feeling of value to staff by upper management which is why very few stay. I did not work there long, but long enough to see there is a real culture issue. Work environment can feel hostile, with everyone seeming on edge.
