Wages don't compare to similar roles in other companies. The insistence to have people in the office when it wasn't necessary for 2 years. The lack of training on the job in anything of real substance that can be measured. Like a qualification or vendor certificate etc.
Travelling to the office can't turn your 12 hour shift into a 13 or 14 hour day depending on where you life which doesn't seem remotely human since this can't be avoided with WFH
