Pros

Decent coworkers Hybrid working has been introduced although would rather more days from home Convection microwave

Cons

No manager for the service desk at the moment following their departure Grueling 12 hour shifts rotating between days/nights (Little support for major incidents on night shift) Unmanageable workload for the amount of staff High attrition - More people going out than coming in

Pros

The people you work with make the job. That's it.

Cons

Wages don't compare to similar roles in other companies. The insistence to have people in the office when it wasn't necessary for 2 years. The lack of training on the job in anything of real substance that can be measured. Like a qualification or vendor certificate etc. Travelling to the office can't turn your 12 hour shift into a 13 or 14 hour day depending on where you life which doesn't seem remotely human since this can't be avoided with WFH
