Pros

Nice patients. Coffee bar for patients. Many locations in Ann Arbor. That's about it. Not much more to say here.

Cons

Long work hours- No paid lunch .. Which is not legal in the state of Michigan. All employees are forced to take a one hour UNPAID lunch. In the State of Michigan employers are required to provide employees with two 15 minute breaks....just FYI. Do not live their values Only care about numbers. All therapists MUST do manual therapy on their patients whether you think they need it or not.... Hippocritical in their business philosophy Force employees to "make up" work hours during holiday weeks or "fun" events. Could go on and on and on...... Skip this employer. There are SO many better companies out there run by better people.

Pros

The management I had was pretty great. The position was really flexible (but not for most), and I had amazing coworkers. I feel like I was one of the lucky ones, but I did work really hard to be inthat position. Medical benefits are great. The company tries really hard to keep an amazing culture, but it is ultimately up to the employees to follow through with that, which doesn't always happen.

Cons

The work is not worth the pay. The front desk is expected to do SO MUCH more than what they are paid for. Plus, are expected to tell people benefit information when they are given little to no training themselves. The turnover rate is extremely high due to the type of job, but could definitely get employees to stay much longer if the pay was remotely worth it. A lot of the people doing the jobs are super incompetent. Absolutely no room for advancements. Every position is either support staff or therapist and there is absolutely nothing in between.
