      Pros

      Probiotec allows you to have a hands on experience working in a lab. You are exposed to a multitude of instruments and products which allow you to become very versatile in analytical chemistry skills.

      Cons

      No career progression reviews or KPI's. Not much opportunity to discuss further training.

      Easy to start but hard to survive , lack of professionalism, GMP is a Ancient word for them, business comes first, worst ever management. Endless negative culture.
