Worst management I have ever seen my 10 years work experience.. it's group of toxic people gathered together in the name of Corporate... They will treat will employee like a slave.. and for the name sake.. there is an HR team.. who always being favor to leads and managers.. there is a manger who is a typical womanizer... There were plenty of complaints has been raised by many female employees.. but no action has been taken against him but the HR team is safe guarding him.. and all existing and former employees knows who I mean.. and the CFO and CEO still keeps thump on their mouth.. no matter how many times we have escalated about any issue... They keep calm and motivating the managers like him..

No leaves for first 6 months from joining, Loss of Pay for 1 hour Break exceeds, Only two hours permission for 1 month, Extreme Complex Job, No Fun at Work, You cannot talk with colleagues during work hours, Strict silence should be maintained, Poor Management, Partiality will be there, Lot of Corporate Politics, No cab facility, No Job security, They will force you to resign JOB, No Team outings, Have to extend shift daily, You get Domestic BPO feel.
