Pros
- Work life balance is good for myself at least and some others. Although I understand some in the technical team have to work late and away from home from time to time - Majority of the people are friendly and approachable - Offices are nice, open plan, plenty of space and a coffee machine! - The Directors/CEO are excellent very friendly and approachable as well which makes it easy to talk to them - There are limited opportunities to expand your knowledge if you ask and show initiative. - Fun Christmas / Mid year / Summer parties all paid for by the company. - Pay is reasonable although no regular pay rises.
Cons
- Seems to be a rift between departments. I get the feeling that some people struggle to accept responsibility and try and pass that blame onto other teams who appear to be constantly having to deal with this. - Some long standing employees within the sales team attempt to bully and intimidate staff, especially newcomers - Sometimes there is a disconnect between what is sold and what the customer expects, although usually the technical team work their hardest to sort things out - There is no private health care or other staff benefits (EG free gym membership or eye tests etc).
