Beware of the subtle/major changes at hand!

Pros

Relationship building is awesome when you have a budget to spend to keep cultivating them.

Cons

In the same breath, budgets have been cut substantially that you wonder what's Stark allowable and what's not. Management is beyond outrageous. Unrealistic expectations, ramifications, performance scrutinization - this place has become a shell of what once was GREAT!!!

Bad management

Pros

Casual dress, work schedule and pay is ok. The benefits are average. There are good employees and I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

Cons

Bad upper management, rude and unprofessional. The Director is a tryant, and HR does not get involved despite the numerous complaint. Beware!

Pros

Lot of autonomy, no micromanaging, little administrative work

Cons

Senior leadership is completely clueless, makes knee-jerk decisions that cost people their jobs. I have worked for several large corporations, and have seen good strategic operations. Trust me when I say this isn't one of them. The owner and senior leadership are corrupt to the core.
