Where to start with this dumpster fire of a company! Unless your white middle aged preferable ex military and male I'd avoid this company like the plague. Sexism is not only tolerated, its actively encouraged by multiple members of the senior management team. The discriminative language allowed in the office is so disgusting you'd need to witness it to believe it. Senior members of staff shamelessly swearing, shouting and bullying lower staff members demanding a level of work beyond the capabilities of one person offering no support, additional team members or resources. The only people protected from these tirades are the ones who act as the managers personal informants reporting anything negative back to the senior leaders for it then to be used as a weapon to bully that individual. Good managers are short and far between because as soon as they release the level of toxicity within this company they understandably jump ship. The only people left are the ones who have no choice or the ones under the protection of the bully's aka senior management. The CEO, what CEO he has no idea what is going on in his own company. If its not in the US as far as he's concerned it isn't happening. The staff turnover is as high as it is for a reason!

Abysmal management: Management team's behavior towards their staff is nothing less than demeaning and bullying. It's astonishing to witness the lack of professionalism and basic respect that they exhibit on a daily basis. The work environment is so toxic that it's suffocating to even walk through the office doors. The constant fear of being belittled or humiliated by management looms over everyone's heads, creating an atmosphere of stress and anxiety. It's disheartening to see a company that claims to value its employees foster an environment that is so detrimental to their mental and emotional well-being. There is an alarming absence of any form of support or assistance from the management side, leaving the admin teams to fend for themselves. The lack of collaboration and communication between these teams only exacerbates the already dire situation. Compensation and benefits – a laughable joke at best. The promises made during the hiring process about a private healthcare plan turned out to be nothing but blatant lies. The company's deceitful tactics to lure in potential employees with false benefits only showcases their lack of integrity and honesty. And as if that wasn't enough, the management's indifference towards complaints of bullying is truly infuriating. Numerous complaints raised against these bullies, but it seems management turned a blind eye to the issue as the bully is a long-term employee. The complete lack of action taken to address these complaints demonstrates a severe disregard for employee well-being and further perpetuates the toxic culture that the company has allowed to fester. In conclusion: Abhorrent management practices. Rampant bullying, toxic work environment, lack of support, broken promises, and the management's failure to address employee concerns have created an environment that is both demoralizing and soul-crushing. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a degrading and disheartening experience.
