Pros
In my opinion, there are no redeeming features for this employer; both at the corporate and local hospital levels.
Cons
This company is primarily focused on maximizing their profits and not the safety or quality of the patients. A LOT of effort is made with regard to impression management for oversight agencies, like the CA Department of Health and The Joint Commission. Patients are, in my opinion, in serious jeopardy in either of the two Los Angeles County facilities, despite superficial reviews by licensing and accreditation agencies.
