      Management will Grind You to the Ground/ Your Mental Health is not Important

      Pros

      Outside work culture is great and the facilities are up to standard too. The free espresso is to die for.

      Cons

      You are always wrong. If you hate being micromanaged then Proplerr should be such a wide birth that you wont even think twice about it. The company is just a meat grinder for fresh grad students. They'll retain those employees who can keep up with the (insane) pace and workload while removing those who can't and who challenge the management style and culture. Your mental health is not a priority and will never be a priority. Their goal is to squeeze as much utility out a person till they're no longer useful. Work here at your own risk

      Enter with high hopes but leave with tons of self-doubt, trust issues, and anxiety

      Pros

      - OK health care plan but doesn't care about your mental health

      Cons

      Supervisors: - "Leaders" do not display good leadership skills, uses negative reinforcements to "toughen up" their employees - Embarrasses employees by shouting at them from the other side of the room - Verbal abuse - Resorts to physical abuse when irritated (painful pinching, manhandling) - Threatens employees about job security - Does not give constructive criticisms, only insults Management: - physical and sexual harassment cases are overlooked - Does not care about mental health Workload: - Employees are expected to go beyond the required 8hrs per day - LOTS OF UNPAID OVERTIMES and weekend work - Severe under-compensation for the amount of work you do and stress you're put under - so "FAST-PACED" that deadlines are always rushed - Deadlines past reasonable working hours Others: - There's a group chat between some employees where they share vulgar comments towards women - Cockroaches inside desks, in pantry, near plants

      - Free coffee - You can definitely learn a lot and grow fast from this company BUT-

      Cons

      - BUT you'll die faster. - Understaffed - Micromanage (PBB) - Pressure (to the point where it can trigger your anxiety or develop one) - There are cases of physical abuse, emotional manipulation and sexual abuse. - Making fun of someone from a TL is very normal, bullying is kind of their lifestyle. - Unpaid OTs
