Pros

Very much left to your own devices within marketing roles Management is very passionate about growing the company

Cons

Entire marketing team left within 6 months ALL citing gaslighting from management as reasoning. Company restructured revenue model 4 times in 1 year, giving little confidence the business model is working Independence with role often comes at the cost of vague instructions Unrealistic marketing goals through lack of experience The pay for the role was considerably lower than competitors an average industry wage

Work space in Canary Wharf Offices are cool

Cons

- Promising leads warm leads - they were cold leads from social media platforms - New teams all the time - high staff turnover - They expect all staff to come into the office everyday but you are self employed - they do not cover your transport costs - They never pay you correctly - Toxic environment - CEO just wants to grow and sell his company - does not care about anything or anyone else - Treat staff very poorly

Cannot think of any pro other than some good people I met here.

Cons

The company has no direction They also time toilet breaks. Extremely micromanaged. A very toxic working environment. Making people work over the clock under the pretext of “Start Up” culture
