Low hours are easy to fit in while studying
Cons
Lack of openness to new ideas. We were struggling to find ways to connect with certain universities, but when I provided a very obvious solution it was shut down immediately and not discussed. Proprep still don't have a presence at that university. It just ended up feeling like a waste of time so I resigned.
