Cons
Working with people who has no awareness of the market or space they are in….majority of the people are washed out from other major competitors that’s been around for a while. Company’s strategy can be questionable in some areas and you are not allowed to challenge some decisions from the top. Products are build and optimized to please few biggest customers instead of taking a look at solving market problems. The product lead mentioned multiple times on how “we don’t look at what or how the competition is doing”… lol yes because the competition has significantly better products and actually listen to what people need instead of a few people internally “who think this is how a product should work so let’s march towards that”.
