      Some good people to be found (between the chaos)

      Cons

      Leadership and culture is terrible. No strategy, bullying and insecure 'leaders' ... a lot of egos and little substance. There's some borderline sociopaths running the place. Avoid

      The remaining workmates are very nice

      Cons

      Uneasy work environment where the company seems to take advantage of employees every week. Deadlines are very hard to meet, people are frequently fired, and the remaining staff are left overworked and stressed. No career progression and salary doesn't match industry.
