Decent job, on phone calls all day with no real breaks, it is draining and was exhausting. The people were kind though.

Group meetings via Teams were educational & encouraged teamwork within interdisciplinary care team.

Cons

Some of the direct managers demonstrated favoritism toward some employees & inappropriately berated other employees during meetings. Some of the managers also unfairly targeted some employees for disciplinary action for no reason.
