The company is inclusive and welcoming, embracing diversity in both backgrounds and work experiences. It's not a gatekeeper of the industry, as it provides opportunities for individuals without an electrical background to join, learn, and grow into their roles (e.g. myself!), This makes it a great environment for personal breakthroughs and self-transformation. There is also a strong sense of support among colleagues. For those coming from a non-electrical background, there is a steep learning curve. You will need to invest significant effort to pick up industry fundamentals and technical knowledge. The role can be demanding and stressful at times, requiring strong mental resilience and a proactive approach to self-learning,
