      Pros

      Really fit the job to the person, so if there are parts that suit you better that'll be the direction they'll structure the role. Team spirit is everything here people really do work together so well. Very inclusive - good range of nationalities, genders, sexual orientation etc for a small company

      Pros

      This company transformed my life! Very friendly and thoughtful, great career progression with the ability to pick up new responsibilities as they are patient and willing to give you a chance. The work-life balance is fantastic as they allow for any flexibility that works as long as your work gets done. The team works together for a common goal and they are inclusive towards all staff.

      Cons

      Nothing major and I don't want to make something up for the sake of it.
