Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We strive to provide a positive workplace and take your input seriously when shaping company policies. To clarify, our COO is married to an individual on the Proximity team, the two people that run the company are the CEO and COO and they are not married to each other. We pride ourselves on the positive feedback we receive from our employees on Proximity’s company culture. As a small company, we utilize fractional support to help with important business functions as we continue to grow and expand. Proximity is proud to partner with a modern Human Resources team for strategic HR services. Every employee at Proximity has complete and open access to confidential HR support. While Proximity is not headquartered in a very diverse area of Colorado, we have employed and currently do employ people who identify as minorities and are proud to have a staff that is 50% female.
