In my opinion, the boss treats employees like dirt. I've also heard her speaking ill of clients and other employees in many instances. I felt pressured to sell and market services to clients when my beliefs were that the client did not need them. I also felt thoroughly disrespected by her.
I learnt from clients and colleagues alike that after I had left her employment, she made many defamatory comments and insinuations about me, similar to what she's been said to do to the many other employees who have left her employment.
In my opinion and from my experience, she would dangle high remuneration and false promises, which did not come true. I believe that she is a highly manipulative woman who has questionable ethics. Leaving was the best decision I have ever made.
