Pros

A guy brings his dog in sometimes.

Cons

Management are bullies, overtime is expected with no additional pay, staff aren't treated as humans but rather tools, HR don't care about any issue you might have, its common for staff to breakdown into tears because of the unrealistic expectations. alot of false promises. no investment where its needed, old leaky building full of health and safety hazards, procedures aren't followed because they're inconvenient . no pre-planning, everything is expected in an instant.

Pros

They aren't afraid of going forward and will push until they make great feature films and for sure they will get there,

Cons

They are like a friendly boys club, if you fit in you are alright, if you don't you are soon kicked out. They don't really respect holidays, duty to staff etc very much. The boss is a frightening bully. Who does what is not clear. There are no perameters on job descriptions etc.

Pros

Some genuinely great people work here. Nice office, kitchen and bar area.

Cons

Bullying from the top down. Severe lack of communication from management. Unrealistic and unclear expectations. High turnover of staff. Real dog eat dog culture. Absolutely no duty of care given to staff who are expected to work 24/7 with difficult subject matter.
