We had a young team of consultants when I joined it had a somewhat a good vibe.
Cons
I was on-boarded with large promises for success. Working in the Sales and Marketing, Event and Conferencing space. I was given a icy cold desk with no support or training. Salary was very average, as was the comm system. Pulse had no procedures for inducting staff and the culture was very dry. Daniel the director is a salesperson not a manager. Staff really suffer with no direction, organisation or support. Their database is beyond a joke- its all over the place. There were always "ownership" fights between us consultants for the clients and candidates. - High turn over really proves this, I wish I looked at Linkedin "Past Employees" before joining. Don't be sold the dream - trust me.
