From the beginning, the training was not very good. Communication between employees and departments is not very good. Depending on your position in the company, you might not have a lot of control and say in what's going on. Company is very divided department wise, and you can't speak freely to other departments in terms of work. You have to be very careful what you say. There's some hidden bias a few people have. Also advertised pay in job posting is not reality. The pay could be better.
