Decent hourly pay.. that's it
Cons
too much hours of driving, they do not tell you that you will be traveling 4 hours from your home every day. after 90 days, they switch you to commission and the pay is much much lower than original hourly pay. lack of communication between workers and corporate office/supervisors.

Pros
Majority of co-workers are very professional and easy to work with. There are some cool perks once in a while, like free game tickets, and a cool Christmas raffle. My specific job is very easy, but honest mistakes made are understandable.
Cons
From the beginning, the training was not very good. Communication between employees and departments is not very good. Depending on your position in the company, you might not have a lot of control and say in what's going on. Company is very divided department wise, and you can't speak freely to other departments in terms of work. You have to be very careful what you say. There's some hidden bias a few people have. Also advertised pay in job posting is not reality. The pay could be better.
