Pros

Great working environment. Great pay and benefits, and really nice people. Supportive management who do care. The role is hugely satisfying as you provide services to families and their loved ones.

Cons

It can be quite emotional at times as you are supporting grieving families, parking can be a problem sometimes but just need to get there earlier.
