Here come the cons. The top management is an issue. An employee got laid off with immediate effect with no severance pay. And when an employee couldn't serve her notice period in the probation, they didn't pay her anything. Nothing communicated at all. When she asked for her salary, they told her you've not served your notice period so it won't be credited. The first instance? Not legal. The second instance? Legal but shameful. No company does it. Coming to the work-life balance, I'm working 10.5 hours on average. Yes, there's coffee and the office vibe is good, but we're made to work like slaves. There's one woman in the leadership group who keeps shouting. Sorry but she's a psycho.

On the floor ever so loudly - No respect given however expected the most - The help on the projects are completely useless and you’ll end up doing all the work - partiality and blame game is played - everyone is over worked and burdened with deadlines
