      They pay in GBP and they provide the same teaching materials from Whale English.

      Cons

      The communication is poor. They scrutinize your teaching every month so that you don't get the bonuses. They don't have a lot of students on their books and are always changing their teacher incentive policies.

      Your earning depend on the demand from the schools. You get a lot of classes around GCSEs and A levels but it goes quite after that.
