    I have been working at Pusher full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - The effort to provide as much context as possible on vision and goals
    - The freedom, trust, and autonomy to do your best work in your own way
    - The dedication to evolving a world-class culture alongside employees
    - The opportunities available to solve hard problems and make real impact

    Cons

    - None—this is, without a doubt, the best environment I've ever worked in.

    Advice to Management

    - Keep pursuing how to effectively inform, motivate, and guide people

    I worked at Pusher full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Autonomy;

    - Teams are empowered to do great things (engineering-wise);

    - Not a lot of BS;

    - Good engineering culture;

    - Snacks and drinks available;

    - Loads more benefits;

    Cons

    - My salary at the time was really not competitive with the market;

    - In the careers page, in their benefits they list "Flexible working", but in my experience I've found that to not be the case and was flagged down by the manager for lateness. There was no clear definition of what "Flexible working" meant in internal documentation at the time as well;

    - Team OKRs had been set and then management pulled the rug under everyone's feet by assigning a lot engineers from different teams to another project;

    - Some teams were doing uninteresting things (engineering wise) because they were going for the low-hanging fruit and they had been for a long time, whilst ignoring harder, more interesting problems to solve;

    - The type of people which will throw you under the bus to look good was present. Although most of them (I'd even say almost all!) were actually amazing, talented people, I'd tread carefully;

    - In my experience, there were things being carefully omitted from employees, namely when someone left the company and the whys behind that;

    - Some of the company's values seemed logically contradictory - It's like senior management wanted the cake and eat it too;

    Advice to Management

    You're doing a good job, but maybe encourage more transparency.

    I have been working at Pusher full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Transparent work environment
    - You'll be surrounded by very smart people, who are also very nice - none of that 'work hard play hard' attitude that pits people/teams against each other. People work hard AND smart because they believe in what they are doing, we're encouraged to take responsibility for our successes and failures, and apply the learnings to our next project.
    - Loads of company activities, dinners, outings, hosted meetups, and opportunities for growth.

    Cons

    Teams sometimes work in silos and with limited resources.

    I have been working at Pusher full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Pusher is a fantastic employer, they are your typical startup in many ways, office dog, free snacks, massages etc but they also really care about their employees.

    You have lots of autonomy, typically your team has a shared goal and it's up to you all to work out how you're going to get there. Success or failure is celebrated as it is all part of learning and moving forward.

    I work with some amazingly smart people and the culture is great, what else do you need?!

    Cons

    Things move fast, if you're the type of person that needs to be given a task list rather than be proactive then it might not be for you. That said, this is probably true for all startups.

    I have been working at Pusher full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Autonomy - Pusher believes in empowering employees with enough autonomy and freedom to produce great work. I've seen this through out the years I've been here and it hasn't decreased one bit.

    Culture - Pusher truly has a fantastic work culture. You'll feel it the moment you step into the office. People are friendly and welcoming providing a great atmosphere to work in.

    Learning - Having joined as a graduate engineer, I've learnt a great deal from some very experienced and knowledgeable senior engineers and colleagues. There is constant learning and knowledge sharing throughout the company.

    The Team - Pusher is made up of very talented and motivated people who deliver to the best of their abilities. There is also a constant feedback loop within smaller teams that allows for self improvement.

    Communication - Pusher believes in continuous communication - either from the management to employee's or employee's to management.

    Cons

    As someone else pointed out in a previous review, it is quite easy to be overwhelmed during the first few days and can be quite challenging.

    Pusher believes in a "prototype - beta test - release" cycle for products. Products are some times shelved despite the work done on it. It might be off-putting for some.

    Advice to Management

    I've got nothing in particular. The future looks amazing and I can't wait to see where we go!

    Cons

    You'll be surrounded by great developers and will feel a little overwhelmed for the first few days I'm sure!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing, from my perspective it looks amazing!

    I have been working at Pusher full-time

    Pros

    Pusher is a company like few others.
    On all levels (and there aren't many), people have both the desire and the ability to do the right thing.

    The engineering team is incredibly talented and everyone is focused on building great software.
    There are no silos and everyone is very keen to work with everyone else to deliver better results.

    Within recruitment, there is a strong focus on diversity and experiences of people from different backgrounds are valued.

    If you like office politics, look elsewhere, but if you want a job with meaning in an environment that's fun, Pusher is the place to be.

    Cons

    The company has grown relatively quickly over the past year and with that there is always a chance that things might slip off the rails.
    As of yet, there is no indication that might be happening, though.

    Advice to Management

    Stay focused and keep doing what you're doing.
