Pros

Some very nice people work here, that is all. If you try talk to any of them you will be told to work in silence and that you are wasting company time.

Cons

This is a hostile work environment. You will not be treated with dignity and respect. You are being watched constantly by the ridiculous amount of security cameras posted all throughout the entirety of the company. You are also being watched by fellow employees who will report every word you say and every move you make to management every chance they get. You will be micromanaged to the highest degree. You will never be rewarded for doing a good job, but definitely expect angry words over everything you do wrong. You are worthless to the company, just a hired body to do a job. They will claim the company is like a family, but prepare to be treated like the worst possible family members. Management will probably humiliate you in a meeting or at a company party, as this is common. Don’t expect to be reprimanded or corrected in private, everyone will have a front row seat.

Employees that can hold their jobs for less than a year (10 months) despite promotions and support need to learn that success is not achieved overnight. Discipline, patience, resiliency, hard work, communication, and teamwork within all levels of an organizations are key to success. As a CMO, security cameras are offered and required by our clients to determine Chain of Custody. It is not to watch what employees are doing. If one does one's work with passion, dignity, and integrity, a camera should not bother you. Poor performance and having no integrity puts the company at risk and is not a good fit for the team.

Pros

I can't think of any except that this is a job that does pay its employees, and some fellow employees are friendly

Cons

Cameras are watching you at many seemingly unnecessary areas, including the break room and in front of the bathroom, upper management doubles as spies for the president, work schedules are sporadic and unpredictable, extremely low pay, president is extremely unprofessional during interviews, talking about race and religion as well as badmouthing former employees, policies and benefits can change without notice, you must drive your own car between facilities often, whatever is promised to you in the interview is not what you are given, GMP meetings become lectures on stealing company time, employees are discouraged from socializing together

Pros

There is no pros. This is a hell to work at. Stay away and spend your time to find a good company to work at

Cons

low pay. Gossip top down, president is a manic running the show by intimidation. His pictures are everywhere and has spies running to his office all the time. Middle management is useless and powerless. Everyone staying is either desperate with no other option ( mostly immigrants) or on the look for new job
