Pros

Family comes first, paid time off, paid holidays, cash incentives to work on holidays or weekend during month end.

Cons

You have to threaten to leave to get a raise and management will throw you under the bus to make them look better. Slave drivers. Heavy work load with not enough employees to cover it.

Pros

They have monthly meetings with free food.

Cons

There is no room for promotion. They are unprofessional and don't accept suggestions or criticism even though they say want it. They talk bad about their clients and former employees in company staff meetings. Their benefits are terrible and there's no real chance for pay raises. Also, I've been asked to donate my money to help with the owner's family medical costs, but they are driving Cadillacs and taking vacations.

Pros

Monthly monetary prize drawing during company meetings

Cons

No vacation for the first year if not a management position. After 3 months they will give 2 hours of PTO per paycheck, so first year you will get only 36 hours of paid personal time. After first year 2 weeks vacation per year. No annual raises, no merit-based increases - you are stuck with the pay you got when they hire you. No 401K matching.
