      Good people/co-workers, nice pay, understanding management, flexible scheduling, bonuses, plenty of opportunities to move up and get raises

      Cons

      Things change often (nature of the business) with little notice, can be hectic, train as you go and hope you catch on cause mistakes can be costly

      Growing company; close-knit teams working well together.

      Cons

      When the pandemic occurred and business declined, I was fired, Understandable, BUT it was done in a totally impersonal way. No one said thanks for years of good work at that time or later as a follow up.
