Pros

Fantastic purpose…. serving our Veterans

Cons

Horrible, inexperienced and toxic leaders. The only solid and experienced leader is gone. The associate director of the Call Center is a narcissist, can’t be trusted. She doesn’t care about the employees or the Veterans. It’s sad.
