This isn't a con per se - building the plane as it's flying is not for everyone.

Interesting technology. Generally people are really smart and nice.
Cons
The company feels like a big research project and there's not much of an engineering aspect. Not the most transparent company when it comes to decision making and leadership. Little career development if you're not in the inner circle
