A company that supports harassment and abuse of authority

Pros

multicultural environment and well located headquarters

Cons

Abuse of authority, mobbing, and harassment. Confirmed and reported cases of harassment, and many of mobbing and abuse of authority are often from managers towards employees. I was fired after reporting I had been harassed by a colleague. Despite some witnesses, some writing and recording proofs, the stalker, who still works at Quadpack, admitted he had been harassing and threatened me for more than 8 months. He also confessed that he had accessed to confidential information from the HR and IT department and had misused it. I was not supported by the company in any of the cases; quite the opposite, the management pushed me out by forcing me to work with the stalker.
