Pay is slightly lower than industry standard

Loose startup culture combined with a tight budget leads to not promoting employees whose responsibilities should qualify. High disparity in gender among employees, even higher disparity among management, and incredibly high disparity among Execs. Company leadership almost completely male-dominated.

Lots of wasted resources, management did not listen to workers, management had no real idea what was going on in the company, management blind sided people with over 70 layoffs all at once then said they were done with layoffs. Then they proceeded to layoff even more people.

If you already have experience in the software industry, I think you will find Qualia's culture a bit stiff and the pay underwhelming.
