      Pros

      Quality Professionals offers a very structured approach to testing complex applications. I really value the autonomy given to my team to design and execute our own specialized test plans for various accounts. The company culture is very inclusive, and my colleagues are always eager to share their technical knowledge and troubleshooting strategies.

      Cons

      Dealing with aggressive client deadlines often forces us to compress our testing phases, which adds a lot of unnecessary stress to the team. Depending on which legacy client account you are assigned to, the testing tooling can sometimes feel a bit outdated compared to modern market standards.

      the only pros is the working remotely

      Lowest salaries in the IT market. Not healthy work environment. A very small and modest office, lacking the lowest elements of information technology companies. Very poor health insurance.. etc The board of directors does not fulfill the promise. When you come as a team leader to the company, they give you senior quality engineer as ajob title and say that this is only for the company policies, but you are a QA lead (the fact is that you're acting as a lead), and when you leave the company, they give you an experience certificate with a senior quality engineer title.
