- Advocating for those who cannot for themselves - Supervisors can be very friendly, welcoming - Helping feels good

Cons

- Work can be very demanding with no wiggle room for increase in pay - There is no room to move up the ladder - Other people, not your supervisor, like the hire ups can be annoying and less understanding when you're new
