Pros

-Interesting life-science projects -Great specialists and tech-leaders

Cons

Before Feb 2022 there was very nice to work in this company. But decisions of high-level management during crisis cause frustration and anger. - Delays in salary payments without any warnings. - Ignoring questions about salaries, especially in Russia. - Many promises that were not kept. - Mass cuts of staff. In March the company put pressure on people to relocate to Armenia and other countries. In September the company cut staff without descent compensations and properly warnings, even those who believed them and left Russia.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your feedback! It’s good to know that you’ve appreciated working on our projects and collaborating with the team - we have many bright people in our ranks. The current situation is that Quantori, along with a vast amount of other international businesses, faces an unprecedented number of challenges in order to adapt to the new reality. Our primary goal today is to try to make the best decisions. As a US-based company, Quantori was unable to transfer funds to the Russian Federation, and we took a decision to relocate our offices. As our former employee, you should know that Quantori always takes responsibility for and cares deeply about its employees and their families. For anyone who wished to leave Russia, we provided comprehensive assistance to the employees and their families, including accommodation, transportation, financial aid, and helped with child enrollment in local pre-schools. We offered support at every stage, from apartment search to resolving legal issues. Every day we learn something new and adopt necessary measures to adjust our internal processes and maintain communication between employees and the company's management in a duly and timely manner. Since the beginning, we have been learning from these challenges. We did have to make certain tough decisions. However, today we must remain flexible and rapidly respond to external constraints to stay up and running. Even so, people and partnerships are our priorities. This is why not only did we fully comply with the labor legislation, but we also tried to evaluate each case on its merit and offer the best possible terms for anyone leaving the company. We hope that despite all the difficult moments, Quantori was the company where you enjoyed creating new solutions and working with colleagues.

Pros

* Awesome developers to work with. * Interesting projects. * Good company until February 2022.

Cons

* The company's culture was completely destroyed during last year by making numerous wrong thoughtless and panic decisions. People do not trust to management and are afraid of their new initiatives. * CEO does not trust his own managers too and closed all business processes on himself. Management cannot make decisions without his direct approval. At the same time CEO does not want to solve problems on an individual basis. So here is a paradox. * The lawyer does not hesitate to threaten you in an attempt to force you to sign papers for dismissal. * HRs make countless graphs and news about positive vibes inside company according to their statistic while people are stressed and very tired wondering if they will be laid off or not. Direct questions are always avoided and you are sugested to solve your problems by yourself. Your solid-line manager is highly likely much better HR than HR itself and the only person you can trust.

Hello, Thank you for submitting this review, both positive and constructive. We are sincerely sorry that the recent changes negatively affected you. We are grateful for all the efforts you exercised while working on challenging projects with Quantori. At present, the company faces new challenges at an unprecedented scale. Unfortunately, the situation forces businesses to adapt to the changing environment. Every day we learn new lessons and do our utmost to maintain straightforward communication between employees and the company’s management. With Quantori experiencing rapid growth over the past few years, we are revising and stabilizing our internal processes. Regarding the legal issues you raised, please know that we checked your situation. Threatening anyone is not our method. The HR manager is always present at such meetings, including your appointment to avoid disputable questions. Quantori, a US company, could no longer transfer funds to the Russian Federation. We were unable to continue working with our Russia-based employees. So we offered them alternative employment in a new location. Please, note that we give the same terms and conditions to everyone. One of Quantori’s core values is transparency and integrity. We do not try to cover up any issues, instead, we are ready to accept the truth and work on it. We appreciate the partnership and mutual support and provide our employees with multiple options to seek assistance. Everyone can share their concerns with solid-line managers, and HR business partners, or email us at the dedicated address. We put much effort into fostering a supportive and productive internal culture and we take pride in seeing that most of our employees are satisfied with working at Quantori.

Pros

- Previously it was a good company which tried to build processes and to make the work clear and predictable. - It is remote, but you should move out of Russia. - It had good salaries, but I don’t know when or will I get the raise in the nearest future.

Cons

Company had a great start last year, but now it differs from the company I joined. The problem is not about moving the business out of Russia, but it seems the management decisions became very poor. As an employee: - I do not get information about my salary before it becomes delayed. - Company changes the internal policies and start day is today, without any announcement. - We (employees) were told about EU offices on February, and when I made a decision to move to Armenia/Georgia/Kazakhstan, I hoped we will move to Europe in June (as it was announced), but it is almost September and there are no offices in the Netherlands or Portugal. - I’m paid in the local currency according to the salary in USD, but I loose money on the currency exchange and the rates. I know other companies who made % to the salary to fix the current rate. - It feels that the most experienced seniors are leaving the company because of dozens of reasons, like money, relocation and no people oriented approach.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t always been satisfactory. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. As you mentioned, we try to build effective processes and ensure business predictability. At Quantori, we always follow an employee-focused approach for our people to thrive as professionals and individuals. Unfortunately, this year's events have had a massive impact on many companies, including ours, and sometimes we have to make crucial decisions quickly. Indeed, most of our employees work remotely; however, as a US-based company, Quantori was unable to transfer funds to its branches in Russia, and we took a decision to relocate our offices. Nevertheless, the company’s management is doing its best so that Quantori remains a stable and reliable company despite global changes. We are constantly on the move to make our company better. We care about each and every employee, and it's vital for us to release updates as soon as possible. Our communication and management teams strive to deliver the most important decisions and breaking news promptly. Though it’s not always possible to have updates immediately, we’re doing everything possible to speed up this process. We are to expand our global presence soon. Unfortunately, due to some external factors, it takes longer than we expected. However, as of this moment, Quantori has already registered legal entities in some European countries, and we hope you'll find out about our new locations soon! We appreciate and recognize all Quantori employees and want them to be happy working with us. We’re grateful that despite the challenging times, a major part of our team stayed with us. We will do our best to maintain a positive environment for professional and personal growth.
