Where do I even begin! I know so many people who have slipped into a state of serious depression after working here. All because of the work culture at this horrible horrible place, and then they fire them because they're no longer capable. And the joke is that they claim to be experts at understand people. And they treat their employees like they're insects. The high attrition rates doesn't bother them because in the words of the India business head who sits out of Bamgalore- "It's not us(Quantum), it's them(quitters). They're not capable or strong enough to handle tough work." Degrading and judgemental comments like millenials are lazy, greedy, fat, unhealthy etc to one's face is not uncommon. Hypocrisy is in everything they do and say.
