Pros
- No strict reviews, deadlines, or accountability. - It's good to learn from Rajiv Talreja for 1 year - If you want to chill and work, it's a good comfort zone - business owner has a great vision
Cons
- Coaching team has incapable managers and leadership which leads to tram demotivation - No effective systems and processes making day to day work cumbersome and repetitive - A lot of nepotism. So it's impossible to grow in your career after 3 years as the top is managed by friends despite the fact that they do not have the skills to manage teams - lack of safety for team members - they hire ppl who do not have business skills and then fire them in 2 to 4 months - coaching team not capable to meet owners vision for growth - zero work life balance as you work 6 to 7 days a week due to the weekend events happening thrice a mnth
