-Monday/Friday 8:30-5 hours - Free coffee and tea

Cons

- Low salary - Make a lot of false promises, no respect for their employees - Inappropriate conduct from some of the managers/directors - Absolutely NO career progression and training - Lack of vision

Pros

Job during the pandemic, and that would be all.

Cons

- Archaic systems that are asked to be custom optimised for almost every customer. - Lack of training. - Managers are playing internal Game of Thrones. - Lack of internal support. - Nombrilistic attitude, made to think that they are the best in the market whilst the same or better solutions can be found over the internet for one third of the price. - No career evolution whatsoever. - Made me understand that racism exists even in 2021. - Even the HR quit her position, that would be saying everything about the wonderful environment that Quartix provides. - Salary ! Maybe for Wales it’s good paid, but when you speak 4 languages fluently and you’re asked to work in 3 of them, you expect more than 23K B.T a year.

Quartix has been the worst employer I have ever worked for. Their staff turnover is shocking as people are treated like a number without any consideration and respect. Quartix is a toxic workplace that treats employees unfairly and has no integrity and no values. They don't have any objectives, targets and clear processes in place. They misinform you and don't tell you that their AR department is like a call centre with a lot of other tasks on the side. Their management is incompetent, untrained and without any formal qualifications. The management treats you as a second class citizen and are really useless. They don't conduct review meetings, don't suggest improvements and then take unfair and unjustified decisions. There is no proper management in place but a high level of micromanagement for a low pay. Quartix don't adhere to the respect of their policies. They will treat you with contempt and don't have effective record keeping as there are no reviews, to ensure a consistent and effective approach is taken across the company. If you join this company you will soon regret it and your mental health will be impacted negatively by it.
