Pros
The owner of the company works with and for the staff, really creating a strong sense of teamwork. I like that my output is my input. 100% commission is oddly satisfying. I get to be outside in the sun meeting people and selling a product that unambiguously adds value.
Cons
The work is weather dependent, though this has nothing to do with the company itself.
