If the organization continues to throw money at these fools every year, instead of rewarding hardworking employees, no one would be bigger fool than them. -Some people abuses work-from-home privileges for silly reasons and stir up unnecessary drama when others aren't around. -Meetings often get dragged off-topic, making them longer than needed. -There’s a tendency for some to swoop in at the last minute and claim the glory for others' hard work. -There’s no dedicated HR, making it difficult to get official documents or handle HR-related matters efficiently
