They say you would be doing 8hr day, forget that you could work up to 12hr and only get payed for 8hrs, no over time payed, they can send you all over the place some times you cold be doing 7hrs driving a day back and forth, they still use paper as to much in the past will not update to apps to do the work. when you get payed they pay you what they think not what you are owed or done for the mouth. Staff are fine, but MD and some of there managers have not got a clue how to look after the staff talk to you like you are thick.If you have kids you will not see much of them as you will be working very long hrs.
